At Finderr (Pty) Ltd, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our users. Please read this Refund Policy carefully, as it outlines our position on refunds, payments, and eligibility criteria for listing on our platform.
1. Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made to Finderr (Pty) Ltd are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. By making a payment on our platform, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that the payment is final.
2. Eligibility and Application Rejection
We reserve the right to reject any application to list a business or service on our platform if we find that the business or service does not meet our eligibility criteria. Applications may be deemed non-eligible for the following reasons, including but not limited to:
- The business is not legitimate or fails to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
- The business or service poses a potential risk or threat to the reputation, safety, or integrity of Finderr (Pty) Ltd.
- The business does not meet the standards set by Finderr (Pty) Ltd for listing on our platform.
In the event that an application is rejected upon submission, the applicant will be notified, and an 80% refund will be issued for any payments made within 3 – 5 working days. This is only subject to a rejection made by us.
3. Right to Modify or Suspend Listings
We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove any listings on our platform at our discretion, especially if we discover that the business or service listed does not adhere to our eligibility requirements, or if it could cause harm or damage to Finderr (Pty) Ltd or its users.
4. 80% Refund for Rejected Applications
If your application is found to be ineligible, and you are notified of the rejection, only 80% of the initial amount paid will be refunded, with the remaining 20% retained as a service charge. By submitting an application and making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that Finderr (Pty) Ltd is not obligated to issue any refunds under such circumstances.
